Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) can pineapple slices, drained and chopped (reserve a few slices for garnish)
- 1/2 pound skinless smoked chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup grated mature Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine cubed pineapple, chicken breast, Cheddar cheese, walnuts, sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon into a serving bowl and garnish with remaining pineapple rings.
